Christian Vitale is a Vice President of Operations at RAM Partners, bringing more than 15 years of multifamily leadership experience and a proven track record of elevating portfolio performance. Since joining RAM Partners in 2021 as an Area Vice President, Christian has been recognized for his exceptional operational insight, strong client partnerships, and ability to develop high-performing teams.

In his current role, Christian oversees a group of Area Vice Presidents across the country, leading strategic initiatives focused on portfolio growth, talent development, and enhanced operational execution. His leadership approach is rooted in a people-first philosophy, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. Christian is widely respected in the industry for his strategic mindset, deep operational expertise, and unwavering dedication to supporting clients and onsite teams.

Before joining RAM Partners, Christian served nearly eight years as a Regional Director for The Worthing Companies, where he successfully guided multiple lease-ups, managed capital improvement programs, and strengthened operational processes within a rapidly expanding multifamily portfolio. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Kennesaw State University.
