Blake McEachern serves as Vice President of Risk Management for RAM Partners, where he leads the company’s enterprise risk management initiatives, insurance strategy, claims oversight, and loss prevention efforts across its multifamily portfolio. In this role, Blake is responsible for developing and implementing programs designed to protect RAM’s assets, strengthen operational safety, improve claims outcomes, and reduce the company’s overall cost of risk.

Blake also serves as Senior Vice President at Acentria Insurance and oversees the Master Insurance Program for RAM Partners. With more than 15 years of experience in commercial insurance and risk management, he has specialized in multifamily housing throughout his career. Throughout his career, Blake and his team have managed insurance and risk management programs representing more than 750,000 apartment units across the United States.

Blake’s relationship with RAM Partners spans more than two decades through Acentria Insurance. Building on a legacy established by his father, Kendall McEachern, founder of Acentria Insurance, Blake assumed leadership of RAM’s Master Insurance Program in 2021 and has continued to strengthen the long-standing partnership while helping guide RAM’s evolving risk management strategy.

Under Blake’s leadership, RAM has expanded its risk management capabilities through enhanced claims oversight, strategic legal partnerships, technology-driven claims reporting, and proactive loss prevention initiatives designed to better protect the company’s associates, residents, and assets while supporting the organization’s continued growth.

Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed insurance professional specializing in commercial property and casualty insurance.
