Human Resource Leadership

The RAM Partners Training Program is led by a strong team of Human Resource professionals. This team works closely with Area Vice Presidents, assisting with the development of customized HR programs and training for our properties and employees. Our HR team works closely with Senior Management to provide input regarding the curriculum and Leadership Development training programs. In addition, our HR staff helps facilitate swift resolution of employment issues.

In Addition to our Director of Human Resources, the RAM HR Team Includes:

HR Generalists - oversee the pre-employment and new hire process, Workers Compensation claims, FMLA, Short and Long Term Disability, leave of absences and the termination process.

Payroll Managers - oversee and manage payroll processing and all pay-related activities.

Benefits Specialists - work with employees in the election of benefits, claims resolutions and individual insurance carrier plan support.
