Training extends to all levels of our company structure and is considered requisite – not only for advancement, but to ensure a job well done.
Training, in its various forms, can be one-on-one, classroom-style or large seminar format. Each training component is designed with workplace effectiveness in mind. However, it is not all “books and charts” with RAM Partners. We take fun very seriously and we pride ourselves on creating positive and memorable moments, both in the classroom and on the job site.
We believe that training should be such that employees actually look forward to attending a course or workshop. This is where RAM truly shines. The monthly training calendar is often the most eagerly awaited email to our communities. Employees know the value of being equipped, educated and prepared for the day-to-day challenges they encounter. They also know that a little bit of fun doesn’t hurt either. Courses at RAM Partners are prepared to propel our employees to the next degree of excellence in service, knowledge and professionalism.
The training never stops at RAM Partners. Daily, company-wide communication between the training department and our employees is standard business. When an employee leaves a class energized to lease more apartments, it says a lot about the company’s training curriculum.
RAM Partners takes pride in its training curriculum and encourages its employees to reach for the exceptional. Therefore, recognizing and rewarding these exceptional team members is a major component in ongoing professional development.
Employee of the Month: recognizes exceptional service in the areas of leasing, Assistant Manger, Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Technician and Groundskeeper.
President’s Honor Roll: recognizes those properties with performance shops rating a 90% or higher.
Tops in Shops: rewards employees who attain perfect scores on their phone, in-person or internet shops.
Maintenance Reward: recognizes our service employees who receive a positive “Satisfaction Survey Card.” Each quarter, random cards are chosen and a monetary award is given.
Gold Card: a chance for employees to recognize each other for a job well done or going the extra mile. Displayed at our corporate office, these also are randomly chosen for a monetary award.
Smart Idea: open for all employees to suggest ideas for the betterment of service, marketing, operations or simply to cut down costs.
RAM’s Annual Awards, the most exciting of the year, recognizes the truly outstanding employees and teams within our company. Carefully chosen by nomination, these awards are well-deserved. Categories include those listed in the Monthly Award program, but extend to AVP’s, Lease-up of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Turn-Around Property of the Year, Leadership Awards and more.
