History

RAM Partners, Inc., was formed in 1989, as a subsidiary of Post Properties, Inc. (NYSE:PPS), a publicly traded real estate investment trust. From its inception, RAM Partners has established an enviable track record of successful apartment management, as well as an unsurpassed reputation for its commitment to quality customer service.

In 2002, members of RAM Partners, Inc.’s management team purchased the company from Post Properties and formed RAM Partners, LLC. The company continues to demonstrate its commitment to quality customer service to a host of third-party owners of multi-family communities throughout the United States..
